The flat gate valve is a sliding valve whose closing part is a parallel wedge. The closing part can be a single gate or a double gate with a spreading mechanism in between. Flat gate valves can be divided into flat gate valves with diversion holes and flat gate valves without diversion holes according to the gate structure. Balanced plate valves with diversion holes are used for pipelines transporting oil and natural gas. For pipelines that do not require sweepers, flat gate valves without diversion holes can be used. Features of Flat Gate Valve 1. Small flow resistance. Since the wedge slides on the two valve seat surfaces, the flat gate valve is also suitable for fluids with suspended particles. 2. It has a double block and bleed function. 3. Fireproof design. When the O-ring and PTFE are burned, under the action of fluid pressure, the wedge and the retainer, the retainer and the valve body form a metal seal, thereby isolating the fluid. In addition, the middle flange gasket and packing are made of graphite and metal materials to prevent external leakage. 4. Self-releasing function: When the pressure in the middle cavity is high, the fixer will be pressed back under the action of the fluid in the middle cavity, so as to avoid accidents caused by excessive pressure in the middle cavity.

The pipe plug valve is a shut-off valve used for long-distance natural gas pipeline and station control system, which is a special valve to meet the special requirements of natural gas pipeline. The valve is required to have special technical performance such as adaptability to harsh environment, service life of more than 30 years, two-way zero leakage, fire resistance and anti-static, acid medium corrosion resistance, and labor saving operation. The pipeline plug valve has the following characteristics compared with the traditional bushing plug valve: ① It has reliable sealing, long service life and is sealed by the cone surface. The sealing contact surface is large, and the oil film plays the role of lubrication and sealing. ② The valve torque is small and the operation is labor-saving. The plug cone is installed upside down. ③ The valve cover at the bottom of the valve body is equipped with an adjusting support, which can adjust the position of the valve core. Under high temperature working conditions, the thermal expansion of the plug can avoid the sealing pair from being wedged by its lifting. ④ The design of valve stem anti fly out, O-ring and graphite packing, and triple valve stem seal filled with sealing grease meet the leakage requirements. It can work reliably for a long time without fastening and maintenance, and has fire protection function.

The plug valve is a quick opening and closing straight through valve. Because the movement between sealing surfaces has a wiping effect, the sealing surface can completely prevent contact with the flowing medium when it is fully opened, so it can usually be used for media with suspended particles. Plug valves are also widely used in industry. Performance Characteristics of Plug Valve: 1. Excellent high and low temperature performance, good pressure resistance. 2. Excellent sealing performance. 3. The material has strong adaptability and wide temperature range. The applicable temperature range of the material is - 40~+200 ℃. Application of Plug Valve: 1. Plug valves are widely used in oilfield exploitation, transportation and refining equipment, petrochemical industry, gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, HVAC industry and general industry. 2. The plug valve is also suitable for conveying liquids containing suspended solids and particles. The straight through plug valve can transport materials containing crystals with thermal insulation measures. The application scope of the plug valve is becoming wider and wider, and the oil seal plug valve with forced lubrication has also appeared, which has better sealing performance, saves effort in opening and closing, and prevents the sealing surface from being damaged.
