2. There is a spring inside the valve seat to ensure that the sealing ring is pressed tightly on the sphere. Even in the case of unstable pressure, the valve can also ensure tightness.

3. The anti-leakage structure of the valve stem uses two O-rings to make the valve stem rotate freely and seal tightly.

Characteristics of Fully Welded Ball Valve:

1. Fully welded ball valve has excellent valve seat: low friction coefficient, small operating torque, a variety of valve seat materials, and a wide range of applications.

2. Anti-flying-out structure of the valve stem of the fully welded ball valve: a step is set at the lower part of the valve stem, and the valve stem is installed from the inside of the valve body to prevent the valve stem from flying out.

3. Anti-static function of fully welded ball valve: An anti-static spring is installed between the ball and the valve body or stem, which can discharge the static electricity generated during the switching process.

4. The fire-resistant structure of the fully welded ball valve: each leaking part is designed as flexible graphite packing or stainless steel with graphite to meet the fire-resistant requirements.

5. The fully welded ball valve adopts a good support plate structure, which improves the service life of the valve, reduces the operating torque of the valve, and greatly prolongs the service life of the valve.
