The necessity of using steam equipment to remove condensate and air: (1) Prevent water hammer: If there is condensate in the steam pipeline, it will be strongly impacted by the high-speed flowing steam on the pipe wall, valves, and steam equipment, causing damage or damage to the pipeline bends, valves, and steam equipment. (2) To prevent a decrease in the efficiency of steam using equipment: Steam using equipment (especially indirect heating devices) is aimed at effectively utilizing the latent heat of steam. Excessive condensate trapped in these devices comes into contact with the heating surface, reducing the heating area and uneven heating up and down, resulting in a significant decrease in equipment efficiency.
