Introduction

With 6000 ㎡ standardized production workshop, the GGC&Strainer Manufacturing Center focuses on endowing main products like Gate valve, Globe valve, Check valve and Strainer with competitive advantages. This center has 50 workmen, 10 out of them are senior technicians. 

At the same time, ERP enterprise resource planning management system and other management measures are also put in place to keep the efficient run of the plant.

Equipment

There are over 70 production equipments, such as CNC lathes, Horizontal boring machine, big-sized lathes, grinding machine, electrode holder and etc.

Stock

To ensure swift and efficient solutions for our valued customers, Dervos strategically maintains a continuous consignment stock comprising 200 tons annually, encompassing both castings and finished valves tailored specifically for GGC and Strainer.

This proactive inventory approach underscores our commitment to promptly address customer demands, leveraging our substantial stock advantage to facilitate agile responses and meet diverse project requirements with ease.
