The Ball Valve Manufacturing Center covers an area of 15000 ㎡, construction area of about 6500 ㎡. There are 68 employees, including 6 engineers and technicians. With excellent technical capabilities , the center can quickly respond to customer needs. It mainly produce ball valves for long-distance pipelines in the petroleum, chemical, and steel industries.

Production Workshop and Equipment

The production workshop is neat and standardized. The workshop equips with the latest automatic production equipment to meet the requirements of advanced large valve manufacturing. Including gantry machining center, vertical / horizontal machining center. large vertical / horizontal CNC lathe and other equipment, which can meet the high precision design requirements of cryogenic, high temperature and other valves.

Testing Equipment

In addition to all testing instruments for valve performance testing, ball valve parts can also undergo non-destructive testing such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, dye penetrant testing spectrometer testing, and radio-graphic testing, as well as mechanical and chemical composition testing of metal materials.
